The name is Olivepwrr and power indeed is what this device gives you. It is an impressive phone that has it all. Well, almost all. It packs in itself an awesome set of features and gives a very good value for the money you invest in it.
The phone looks like a normal candy bar phone, however, it is slightly on the heavier side at 330g. The phone has a black body with a red thin band on the sides (it would have been better, had that been avoided). The front has a 2.2-inch TFT touchscreen display, below which, are the standard D-pad in the middle with the call receive buttons (one of which also works as the select soft key), call end and a shortcut to the phonebook. Below the D-pad is the usual set of alphanumeric keypads that are very sturdy (so much that continuous SMS typing starts to pain). The keys otherwise are quite large and are good for people with large hands, though they have a glossy finish. The back of the V-G200 has a VGA camera at the top with two speaker grills on both its sides. There is one mini USB slot at the left side top of the phone; this works as both the charging port and also connects the headset. The stylus is in the slot at the bottom right corner of the device. The back panel slides out easily and below is a 2000 mAh Li-ion battery powering the device. Under the battery are slots for two GSM SIM cards and the micro SD card slot expandable upto 4GB.
The User Interface is average and the touch feature works great for the phone at such price. However, at times, it misses the 'touch' and it becomes more responsive if you use your nails as the stylus instead of the one provided. The home-screen has a feature where you can drag and drop widgets on the main screen which reminds of the Samsung TouchWiz UI. There are various options for widgets such as User Profiles, Photo Gallery, Applications, Music Player, Analog Clock and Digital Clock etc. However, the number of widgets is fixed and cannot be customized.
The Menu screen has nine fixed icons that are Message, Contacts, Logs, Settings, Media, Apps, Services, Tools and Bluetooth. The device maintains separate record for both SIMs and the menu is easily navigable. The messaging has handwriting recognition, and there is a storage capacity of 200 messages in the phone, which is quite disappointing.
One of the best features of the Olivepwrr is its battery. It is simply fantabulous!! The 2000 mAh battery stayed on for a bit more than three days on heavy usage. Also quite impressive is the sound quality of the phone. The output, both on the call and on the loudspeakers is very clear and loud. The FM Radio also works quite well; however, the interface is not very user friendly. The loudspeaker on the phone is quite loud and can be heard clearly on a busy road.
The camera takes decent images in daylight. However, being a VGA camera the quality is just mediocre. Low light snaps are full of noise and videos are jittery. The options where you can make changes are the Effects, Brightness, timer, burst shots, Image quality and Image Size that has a maximum resolution of 640x480. The phone can also be used as a webcam as well.
Overall, the Olivepwrr is a a good device with an amazing battery life and excellent sound quality. However at the same price one can also go for the Fly Circle that comes with a QWERTY keypad and a 3.5mm audio jack.
